Entry Fee
The entry fee for this tournament is EC $300 per angler or US $110.

Team Composition
Teams are restricted to not less than three registered anglers.

Registration
Registration will be at the Grenada Yacht Club (GYC) between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm on January 15th, 2008. late registration will be subject to an additional cost of US $50 per boat. No registration after 5:00 pm will be allowed.

Briefing
A briefing for all anglers will be held at the Grenada Yacht Club from 6:00 pm on January 15th. Cocktails will be served after the briefing.

Marine Facilities
Fuel and water are available at the Grenada Yacht Club. Free dockage is reserved for paid up boats on a first come, first serves basis, for the period January 15th to 20th, 2008. The Committee attempts to make the above facilities available to all boats, but they are provided at the discretion of the GYC management. Customs and Immigration facilities will be available at the GYC.

Communications
All participating boats should have a working ship-to-shore (VHF) radio on board at all times. Boats must check in and out with Billfish Control each day. Tournament Control radio hours are from 6:00 am to lines up on fishing days. Information on which VHF channels are to be used will be given at the briefing.

Bimini Start
There will be a Bimini Start at 7:00 am on January 16th. Details of the start will be given at the briefing. 100 points will be awarded to each boat that participates. Boats must check in with Tournament Control prior to 7:00 am on the 16th to verify their participation.
