Carriacou
Tours.

Self-Drive
Rentals. Visitors can also hire self-drive cars and armed with a map from
the Tourism Office, negotiate their own route across Carriacou. There is little
danger of getting lost, as all roads in Carriacou lead back to main junction.
Vehicles rental
rates range from EC $120 to EC $175 per day. The lone fuel station is located
in Hillsborough and opens from 8am - 7pm Monday to Saturday and 8am - 3pm on
Sundays. more...
Local bus
fare is approx EC $2.50 per mile or generally EC $3.50 per ride.
Cycling.
Persons can safely cycle around Carriacou on rented bicycles for as low as EC
$50 per day. The roads are relatively flat on the South Western side of the
island and gradually increase to an undulating landscape on the eastern and
Northern parts of the island. For the more adventurous, the Dumfries and
Prospect areas require mountain bikes.
