Probably the finest home in Grenada, L’Anse aux Epines House is an English colonial style estate house whose architecture dates back to the early 1800’s. From the top of L'Anse aux Epines Hill to the shores of Prickly Bay, this 2 acre estate was completely renovated and extended in 2006 to include private gardens, quiet hideaways and a 20 foot waterfall. There is also a tiny beach, 200 feet of waterfront and a long private dock - ideal for swimming or simply ‘chilling’. The 65 foot infinity edge pool is the largest private swimming pool in the Grenadines.

The main house extends to over 10,000 sq feet, and has 7 bedrooms, 2 living rooms including an excellent media room, dining/kitchen/pool area, extensive verandas and 2 Tikki huts. All bedrooms are ensuite and most have four poster beds, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, CD/DVD Satellite TV, phones and internet. The Main House can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests. The 1200 sq ft great room has a full media centre, air conditioning, internet etc.

The ‘Sugar Mill Tower’ is set on the waters edge in a private part of the lush gardens of the main house. The sugar mill tower has 2 ensuite bedrooms a kitchen/bar and covered verandas, a small plunge pool and access to a long private swimming dock (shared only with the main house). The Tower can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

The rates include all staff – cook, waitress, up to 5 housekeepers, 2 grounds men, use of 27 foot powerboat, delivery from/to airport, water sports equipment, and evening meal on day of arrival. Listed rates are weekly and exclusive of food and beverage. The Tower is only bookable 2 months or less in advance.
