No other distillery in the entire Caribbean has been in operation as long as River Antoine, and very few have so carefully maintained traditional methods of rum preparation. Visitors can watch as rum is made in much the same manner that it was in the 18th century, when it fired the throats of the real buccaneers.

Bananas Restaurant, Sports-Bar and Night Club in True Blue offers something for everyone.
Every Friday and Saturday Bananas state of the art club opens at 10:30pm for fervent dancing and continues well into the morning hours.
International in flavor, Bananas also features Latin dance classes and dancing every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 6:30pm. Sundays and Mondays are Sports Days with major worldwide events shown on various TV’s and 42 inch large plasma screen or 8 foot drop down projector. The facility also sports wireless internet free of charge.
Days transform into unforgettable nights with the opening of the Restaurant and Bar at 4pm every day of the week. You can enjoy a quick meal (the islands only wood fired pizza or a Black Angus burgers, Cajun Fires and Wicked Buffalo wings) and a cold beer in the one of a kind Carib Cave (a truly unique bar built into the hillside) or enjoy a more formal sit down meal comprised of the very best in imported meats, local sea food and assorted international meals.
With a daily happy hour from 5pm to 7pm, patrons are treated every Saturday to the best in local and regional live entertainment (starting at 8pm).
